You can be fully onboarded and dispatching loads within 24–48 hours of signing up. Our team walks you through account setup, carrier verification, and your first load dispatch at no extra cost.
You'll need your MC Number, DOT Number, insurance certificate (COI), and a signed carrier-dispatcher agreement. Once submitted, our team verifies everything typically within a few hours.
Not at all. Triumph Fleet is designed for owner-operators and small fleets. The dashboard is intuitive, and our dispatch team handles the heavy lifting.
Yes. We offer a 7-day trial with full access to our dispatching services so you can experience the value firsthand before choosing a plan.

After the first 2 hours, we invoice the broker at $55–$75/hr. Time is tracked via your ELD.
TONU means Truck Order Not Used — we collect $150–$300 on your behalf if the broker cancels.
Yes — a $250–$350 layover fee is negotiated immediately by our claims team.
We escalate to credit departments and enforce contract terms.
We assist with documentation and filing against cargo insurance.
Detention and TONU claims are usually resolved within 5–10 business days. Cargo claims may take longer depending on the insurer.
